Champion Rehabilitation’s Advanced Neurocognitive & Swallowing Program provides specialized, medically-informed rehabilitation services for adults and children with complex cognitive, communication, voice, swallowing, and airway-related conditions. Program leadership includes advanced clinical training through MGH Institute of Health Professions with concentration in neurocognitive rehabilitation and swallowing disorders.

Our multidisciplinary approach combines evidence-based intervention, intensive rehabilitation planning, caregiver education, and collaboration with neurologists, neuropsychologists, ENTs, pulmonologists, and medical teams to support functional recovery and long-term quality of life. We are one of few non-hospital-based programs deeply integrated with physicians and community medical teams to help ensure continuity of care across settings.

Services are available in office, home, assisted living, and community-based environments with interpreters and transportation coordination available when needed. Our program is trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and designed to help patients transition successfully into sustainable daily routines through individualized home programs, caregiver training, and community resource coordination.
