Champion Rehab is a mission-driven interdisciplinary therapy and allied health consulting company. Champion specializes in the provision of speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, nursing services, and case management services for adults and children with ‘complex medical needs. Champion Rehab operates an outpatient clinical services program and also manages several external clinical operations with partnering hospitals, intermediate care facilities, skilled nursing facilities, home health companies, assisted living facilities, and education agencies/schools. Champion also provides consulting and staffing services for several partnering healthcare organizations including the State of Texas.

We offer location flexibility that includes working with you on-site, in our Plano office, via telehealth, or at your school/home.
