Champion saves patients an average of $40-150/weekly. We are not a home-health company or a hospital outpatient–which can generate bills close to $150-400 per encounter. We are an outpatient specialty office with mobile outpatient capability. This means, MORE FLEXIBILITY AND AFFORDABILITY!

  • You can choose to  receive therapy in the office  in Plano
  • You can choose to  receive therapy at home, daycare, school, ALF/LTC, SNF

Yes! We are currently IN-NETWORK with and accept:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield (PPO, HMO, BAV, MEDICARE)
  • Traditional Medicaid

Do you have Out-Of-Network benefits? If so, we may be eligible to serve you! We have worked seamlessly with Cigna and Aetna in the past.

We accept cash, personal check, money order, credit/debit payments. If you prefer to keep your card on file rather than receive invoices, this is an option too.

We treat adults and are happy to speak to you about developing a therapeutic plan.

The duration of treatment plans are patient specific. This will depend on:

  • Root cause of disorder
  • Severity
  • Frequency of visits
  • Patient effort, practice, and motivation

The average patient receives therapy 2x/week for 30-60 minutes. Some patients will require more or less depending on their specific circumstance. Your initial evaluation will determine your treatment plan.
